mPrompto AI was founded by two people who’ve spent their careers solving the same problem from opposite ends: why users hesitate and how brands can help them move forward.

Sumit Rajwade

Co-Founder & Chief (Deep) Thinking Officer

A technologist with 28 years of experience building scalable digital products, from taking Rediff to a NASDAQ listing to leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Sumit specializes in turning complex user behaviour into systems that work reliably at scale.

Ketan Kasabe

Co-Founder

A digital marketer with over 16 years of experience helping brands convert online intent into real customers. He has led digital and product initiatives at HDFC Bank, shaped performance strategies across major brands, and worked with platforms like TikTok and Tata Teleservices to optimize high-scale user journeys.

Why We Built mPrompto AI

After decades of working with brands, platforms, and millions of users, both founders saw the same truth: Brands successfully bring shoppers to their sites, but many leave without discovering the right product.


Sumit’s expertise in engineering behaviour-driven systems and Ketan’s experience decoding user intent came together to solve this. They built mPrompto AI to bring the intuition of an in-store expert into digital experiences, guiding users with clarity, not interruption.
